“It is gonna be 2011 – New Year – in another minute!!!”

And I wished that minute was more than 60 seconds … why? Because I haven’t done many things that I should have done in 2010. But I welcomed 2011 with a smile on my face and joy in my heart.

Friday 01-07-2011.

Now it is the year 2011, at last. It feels like 2010 was just a week ago, doesn’t it? *sigh!* Below is an interview between me and myself. I have answered 10 questions that are usually asked in New Year –

1) How was 2010? Do you miss it?

It was good. A lot of memorable events took place in this year. Nope, I don’t miss it.

2) How do you think 2011 is going to be?

I think its going to be really good (I’m trying to be positive. I believe in Law of Attraction). Well it started pretty well, you know, the first few days was spent in doing holiday homework!

3) How many resolutions did you break?

Let’s see …. (Counting) …. Umm…. (Lost count!) …. A few. One of the main resolutions that I broke was – Don’t make any resolutions.

I made some resolutions and I haven’t been very successful in following them, but surprisingly stuck to them almost all the time and much longer than any New Year resolutions made before.

4) What were these resolutions anyways?

This includes most of the ones that I haven’t broken (yet – and hopefully, will never), but not all are mentioned because some of them are personal. There are ten of them listed here. Well, they are as follows –

Resolutions

1. Write your personal + spiritual diary everyday (Following)

2. Stop eating chocolates (Impossible)

Which later became – Not more than 1 chocolate in 2 days (Somewhat following)

3. Do meditation everyday. Turn spiritual. (Following)

4. Blog! (Following)

5. Go to bed early/ sleep early (Not at all!)

6. Go regularly to Spiritual classes and music classes and practice. (Following)

7. Clean Wardrobe every month Impossible! (Not yet done)

8. Clean study tables every week (Following)

9. Work on your story and song (Following)

10. Listen to your heart. Be a better person (Following)

Seriously, I can’t believe that I made so many resolutions. And following them is even more unbelievable!

5) How did you spend your New Year night?

My cousins came over to my home. Mom and dad went out. So the whole house was under our control and was free to us = its party time, baby! We had a nice time.

6) The one great thing you finished in 2010. What is that?

The lyrics for my song. ;)

7) The one great thing you could not finish in 2010. Now what is that?

Recording my song. :(

8) The one thing that you did not expect to happen in 2010?

My brother visiting Dubai thrice in the same year.

9) What was the worst that happened in this year?

Nothing!

10) What was the best that happened in this year?

Met God and became close friends with him. He rocks!

Let us pray that 2011 will be amazing. By the way, don’t forget that it’s nearing 2012. So if this is one of those last years of mankind, enjoy it … but I tell you, the whole 2012 stuff is crap! So it’s up to you whether you wanna enjoy 2011 or not.
